Tourist Information Kiosk In old Tram
In the open plaza between the Peak Tower, which is the terminus of the Peak Tram, and the Peak Galleria, which is the shopping complex, there is parked an old historic Peak Tram Car.
The Car has been turned into an information Kiosk where staff from the Hong Kong tourist board hand out leaflets and will be able to answer your questions about The Peak and more around Hong Kong.
It is open 11am - 8pm daily but is staffed by volunteers so the number of people on hand to assist you may vary.

About this image: The image captures the iconic Peak Tram at its lower terminus station in Hong Kong's Victoria Peak area, featuring a classic green funicular car with red accents and large windows, poised under a distinctive arched white canopy adorned with bilingual signage in English and Chinese. A passenger in casual attire steps aboard the tram, highlighting the everyday vibrancy of this historic transport system that has ferried visitors up the steep slopes since 1888, surrounded by lush greenery, potted plants, and a red emergency box for a blend of colonial-era architecture and modern accessibility. The scene evokes the excitement of ascending to panoramic city views, a quintessential experience of Hong Kong's urban-tourist culture.
