Victoria Peak Gardens: One Of Hong Kong’s Few Green Parks
Victoria Peak Gardens in Hong Kong is at the top of Mount Austin Road and one of Hong Kong's few public green parks that are also pet-friendly. The peak gardens are just a 10-minute walk from the famous tourist attraction at Victoria Peak, or as the locals in Hong Kong call it - the peak.
The peak has many restaurants and attractions, including Madame Tussauds, the Hong Kong branch of the famous London wax museum. The big attraction at Victoria Peak though is the viewing platforms which offer fantastic, scenic views over Hong Kong and the famous Victoria Harbour. The peak does get very busy though attracting over seven million visitors every year.
Victoria Peak Gardens offer a somewhat quieter and less touristy way to enjoy the scenic views over Hong Kong from Mount Victoria. With it's manicured lawns, beautiful fauna and flora, and many pathways to wander around and explore, the peak gardens are a great day out for all the family and you can even take your pets along too as they are welcome at the peak gardens too.
