To get to Victoria Peak You Could Go By Bus, Tram or Hike
If you are visiting Hong Kong and want to take in the unmissable views over the city and Victoria Harbour then getting to Victoria Peak, or as the local people of Hong Kong call it ‘The Peak’ is very easy and you have a few options.
You could get to there using the historic Peak Tram, which is in reality a cable car or to get there by bus you will need to catch the 15B or the other popular option, especially when the weather is pleasant, is to walk or hike via Victoria Peak Gardens from the Tram Terminus on at the bottom of Mount Austin Road.
A common question when it’s a little cloudy or the weather isn’t so good is whether it is still worth visiting the peak. The answer to this common question depends on whether you’re only visiting Victoria Peak for the views. The area has many other attractions for you to enjoy like the local shopping malls, visiting Madam Tussauds or having a nice meal in one of the many restaurants in the area. There is also the beauty of the peak gardens near the peak too. So, even on a cloudy day a visit to Victoria Peak can still be interesting and fun.
